Job Summary
As a Senior Mobile Developer at Tanco Tech Consulting LLC, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with our engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver functional and visually appealing applications that provide exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Full Application Lifecycle Support: Oversee the entire mobile application lifecycle, including concept, design, development, testing, release, and post-release support.
- Development & Maintenance: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code to produce fully functional mobile applications.
- Requirement Analysis: Gather and analyze specific project requirements, translating them into actionable solutions.
- Quality Assurance: Write unit and UI tests to identify bugs and ensure applications perform optimally.
- Performance Optimization: Troubleshoot and debug applications to improve performance and user experience.
- UI/UX Design: Collaborate with design teams to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that enhance customer satisfaction.
- Feature Planning: Work closely with product development teams to define and plan new features and enhancements.
- Standards Compliance: Ensure all applications, new and existing, meet quality standards and comply with security and performance best practices.
- Technology Research: Stay updated with emerging trends, tools, and protocols in mobile development, and recommend their adoption when beneficial.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration within the team.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience:
- Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Mobile Developer with a proven track record of building and releasing applications.
- Portfolio: Demonstrable portfolio of applications published on the App Store or Google Play.
- Programming Expertise: Proficient in at least one programming language such as Swift (iOS) or Java/Kotlin (Android).
- Third-Party Integration: Experience with third-party libraries, APIs, and SDKs.
- OOP Principles: Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) design principles.
- Debugging & Optimization: Proficiency in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing application performance.
- Testing: Familiarity with unit and UI testing frameworks and tools.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills to articulate technical solutions and collaborate effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
- Knowledge of cloud-based services (e.g., Firebase, AWS, or Azure).
