Job Brief
As a Graphic Designer, you will craft compelling visuals for both digital and offline media, working closely with our marketing, development, and creative teams to ensure our designs align with client needs and project goals. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of professional experience, a robust design portfolio, and a strong eye for detail and composition.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and plan design projects by studying relevant information, materials, and client needs.
- Create and illustrate unique concepts by designing art layouts, sizes, typography, and styles for approval.
- Prepare finalized designs using industry-standard software and ensure they are production-ready.
- Collaborate with internal teams, web designers, marketing professionals, and external agencies to ensure cohesive branding and high-quality deliverables.
- Contribute to team projects by meeting deadlines, sharing creative ideas, and improving designs based on feedback.
- Communicate directly with clients to understand their vision, present design proposals, and incorporate revisions as needed.
- Design a wide array of assets, including product illustrations, company logos, website elements, and marketing collateral using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Review and refine final layouts, offering recommendations to enhance visual appeal and alignment with objectives.
- Stay updated with trends in design, branding, and technology to maintain a cutting-edge creative approach.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a related creative role.
- A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in various design styles, mediums, and applications.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools, including Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Quark.
- Excellent understanding of visual composition, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Familiarity with marketing concepts, website design, corporate branding, product packaging, and multimedia production.
- Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to give and receive constructive feedback.
- Experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software is a plus.
- A proactive, adaptable mindset, eager to learn and stay ahead in the creative field.
