We are looking for a Help Desk Technician with at least 4 years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing fast, reliable technical assistance to clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
Job Summary
As a Help Desk Technician at Tanco Tech Consulting LLC, you will be responsible for addressing technical queries, diagnosing and resolving issues, and providing guidance on the effective use of IT systems. You will work closely with our engineering and support teams to uphold our reputation for excellent customer service and technical expertise.
This role requires strong technical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset to ensure that clients’ issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Provide prompt and effective technical assistance to clients, resolving issues related to computer systems, mobile devices, office automation products, and other tech tools.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical problems, both remotely and on-site, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
- Client Interaction: Communicate clearly and patiently with clients to understand their issues and provide practical, user-friendly solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of technical issues and solutions provided for future reference and knowledge sharing.
- Guidance & Training: Offer advice and training to clients on system usage and best practices to optimize their workflows.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems efficiently.
- Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when dealing with difficult customers, ensuring their concerns are addressed effectively.
- Technology Updates: Stay informed about emerging tech trends, tools, and products to continually improve support services.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience:
- Work Experience: At least 4 years of experience as a Help Desk Technician or in a similar customer support role.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, office automation products, and databases.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues efficiently.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English is required.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:

- Additional certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), or similar credentials are a plus.
