Job Brief
We are looking for a seasoned QA Tester with a minimum of 7 years of experience in software quality assurance. You will play a critical role in assessing software quality through meticulous manual and automated testing. Your primary responsibility will be identifying, documenting, and reporting bugs and glitches while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver flawless software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Review and thoroughly analyze system specifications and requirements.
- Collaborate with QA Engineers and development teams to devise effective testing strategies and plans.
- Execute both manual and automated test cases, ensuring detailed analysis and accurate reporting of results.
- Evaluate product code for adherence to specifications and identify any discrepancies.
- Document testing phases and defects by creating comprehensive logs and reports.
- Identify, report, and track bugs and errors, ensuring clear communication with development teams.
- Assist in troubleshooting issues across the software lifecycle.
- Conduct rigorous post-release and post-implementation testing to validate functionality and stability.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and designers, to ensure quality standards are met throughout the software development lifecycle.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a QA Tester or in a similar role, with at least 7 years of relevant experience.
- Expertise in project management and QA methodologies, with a deep understanding of Agile frameworks and regression testing.
- Proficiency in documenting and troubleshooting errors.
- Hands-on experience with test management tools such as qTest, Zephyr, or equivalent.
- Strong working knowledge of SQL and database testing principles.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a knack for uncovering hidden issues.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving aptitude to address complex challenges.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
